Wonderful! However, lines for everything: to check-in, to check-out, to ask a question about parking, to have breakfast at the cafeteria. For a 5-star hotel like this there should be a better way… I also faced a rude attitude from one of the front desk clerks when I made a simple reasonable inquiry about my bill. This makes you feel that you are just one more of thousands of guests and that she don’t really care.
